Influential turnaround is not about asking managment to sit in a corner whilst somebody else comes in and runs a business. It is all about helping and supporting a management team.
Of course some say a "leopard doesn't change its spots". I don't agree. The provision of good quality management information provided by a business expert with strong financial and commercial credentials can be used to drive behavioural change.
